PLAINWELL (WKZO) --  Funeral services have been set for a Plainwell soldier who was wounded in Afghanistan in December and died from his wounds this month.

Sgt. Mark Schoonhoven was a veteran of several tours in Afghanistan.

Visitation is set for February 6th from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 at the Winkle Funeral Home.

The funeral will be held at the same place the next day. February 7th at 11a.m. He will be buried with full military honors at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta.
