GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WKZO) --   Kent County Prosecutor William Forsyth will not pursue charges against a woman who shot and killed her boyfriend on Christmas Day.  Forsyth believes Taneesha Inez Smith had "ample reason" to fear Darwin DeMarcus Weathers, based on previous, violent domestic incidents.  Initially, police intended to charge Smith with felony homicide.
