HOWELL (WKZO) -- The man accused of a shooting spree along I-96 this past fall is due in court Thursday.
Forty-three-year-old Raulie Casteel, of Wixom, is scheduled to undergo a forensic competency and criminal responsibility exam in a Livingston County court. Casteel is accused of shooting at vehicles along roadways in Livingston, Ingham, Oakland and Shiawassee counties.
The Michigan Attorney General's Office, which has taken over the cases in three of the counties, has filed terrorism and other new charges against Casteel.
