DETROIT (WKZO) -- Governor Snyder is expected to make a decision some time next month whether or not to appoint an emergency financial manager for the city of Detroit. In the middle of December, a six-member team was appointed by the governor to review the city's cash flow and budget. According to Governor Snyder, Mayor Dave Bing's administration has made some tough decisions in an attempt to right the city's financial plummet.
