YEMEN (WKZ0) -- He was second in command of the most dangerous wing of al Qaida and directly involved in the underwear bombing over Detroit.

Now Said al-Shehri has been killed in a drone strike in Yemen.

Terrorism Expert Sajjan Gohel says al-Shehri spent 6-years in Guantanamo before he escaped from a Saudi reeducation program, and resurfaced in the leadership of al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula.(AQAP)Al-Qaida reported his death, saying he got lazy with his use of cell-phones and that made him an accessible target.

They have also claimed he was killed 4-times before, but now say he was just wounded in those attacks.
