CAMARILLO, CALIFORNIA (WKZO) -- Gasoline prices have gone from way above the national average to just below it here in West Michigan. The question is, with the busiest travel holiday of the year just ahead, will they stay low?
Trilby Lundberg says nationally the average has been a drop of 4-cents per gallon to $3.60, but it has fluctuated wildly in certain regions, including ours.
She says refinery issues in California have hiked prices there, while the end to refinery issues in the Midwest have dramatically dropped prices.
She says low crude prices suggest they will stay down, but concerns about Syria could pump them back up .
