HOLLAND (WHTC) - A 28-year-old Holland man has been charged with criminal sexual conduct with a 14-year-old runaway. Matthew Ross Mahaney was arraigned Thursday in 58^th District Court on 3^rd-degree C-S-C charges. The suspect was arrested shortly before noon Wednesday at the Wooden Shoe Motel, after authorities tracked both him and the missing girl to that location. Mahaney is jailed on $20,000 bond. He was also wanted on a series of outstanding warrants, including domestic violence and malicious destruction of property.
