KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO) -- Public Safety was dispatched to an industrial fire this morning but it was confined to the inside of a Rail car filled with shredded recycled paper inside Graphic Packaging. It Burned intensely and was difficult to extinguish because the paper was packed tight but they were able to confine the flames to the rail car.
