COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) - There was a Branch County District Court arraignment yesterday for a Tekonsha man facing two counts of arson in connection with a blaze early Sunday morning in Coldwater Township.  32-year old David Wood also faces breaking and entering and car theft charges related to the fire that leveled a barn and a mobile home east of Coldwater on Fox Road just north of U.S. 12.  Coldwater fire officials say the trailer home of Brock Badders at 410 Fox Road was actually partially inside the barn and both were destroyed.

The house at 412 Fox Road occupied by Todd Nowicki was damaged but they were able to save the structure. It sustained damage to the rear and attic area and it extended to part of the interior. No injuries were reported. Wood was ordered held on 100-thousand dollars bond with a preliminary exam scheduled for March 25^th
