HARTFORD TOWNSHIP, MI  (WKZO) --  Van Buren County Police agencies got a two-fer when they got a tip of a car transporting meth making ingredients.

They found the car in the driveway of a home on Marion St. near Hartford and asked the driver a 23-year-old woman if they could do a search.  She said yes and they found the materials in her trunk.   While they were there, a squad car from the Hartford Police department rolled up and began questioning the passenger about a home invasion.   They subsequently arrested the 28-year old male and hauled him off to the County Jail.

Charges may be sought later against both of them for making meth.
