DEARBORN (WKZO) -- Ford Motor Company has released details about the compensation package paid to CEO and President Alan Mulally.

The proxy filing by the automaker shows Mulally was given a two-million dollar salary and a 3.95-million dollar cash bonus.  His total compensation including stock, option awards and personal expenses totalled 20.9-million dollars for 2012.

The figure is a decrease over Mulally's compensation package one year ago.
