BATTLE CREEK (WKZO) -- Former Calhoun County Corrections officer Troy Pope has had two additional charges added to the list he will face at trial, after a judge heard from a young man who claims that Pope sexually assaulted him during a sleep-over about 9 years ago.

Pope was already being held for trial for accosting a minor, 3rd Degree CSC and a computer crime.After hearing how the young man was allegedly assaulted back in 2004 when both Pope and his victim were still teens, the judge has added 3rd and 4th degree criminal sexual conduct counts.
