LANSING (WKZO) -- No criminal charges will be filed by Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings the Third in connection with an altercation between a Fox News reporter and demonstrators outside the Michigan Capitol.  Dunnings, a Democrat, said unedited footage of the skirmish shows a union member being pushed to the ground by an unknown person, and then coming up swinging at Steven Crowder of Fox last December.  Crowder posted an edited version on YouTube, which Fox ran several times on TV, which the initial attack on the union member was not shown.
