LANSING (WKZO) -- Tuesday, the Michigan House Appropriations sub-committee issued a rousing chorus of "no-way" to Governor Snyder's plans to raise 1.2-billion dollars for road and bridge repair.  The governor wants to fund the fixes with increased gas taxes and vehicle registration fees.  A civil engineers report released this week ranked Michigan's infrastructure well below the national average.
