ARLINGTON, TX (1660 THE FAN) - Karma can be fickle.  Just ask Kansas G Elijah Johnson.  Johnson was caught delivering a low blow to Michigan's Mitch McGary early in Friday's game against the Wolverines.  No foul was called, but eventually Michigan overcame Johnson and his teammates, edging the #1-seeded Jayhawks 87-85 in overtime.  McGary, by the way, responded to Johnson's action by torching Kansas for a game-high 25 points, and Trey Burke added 23, including a game-tying 3-pointer with 4 seconds left in regulation.  The Wolverines now await the winner of the Florida/Florida West Coast game- that game to be played on Sunday for a chance at the Final Four.
