KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO)-- No names have been released but two men, aged 33 and 25-years-old, are fighting for survival after drinks and a high speed run down 8th Street in Oshtemo Township late yesterday afternoon. Kalamazoo County Deputies say they believed the driver and his passenger, both from Kalamazoo, were going at a very high rate of speed when he lost control, went off the road and slammed into a tree. One of them was ejected from the vehicle on impact, the other was trapped inside. Both of them were admitted in critical condition.
34-year-old Farley will be formally charged today with being a parole absconder, resisting arrest and attempting to disarm an officer.
