STANFORD, CA (WTVB) - A shakeup in the BCS standings is on the way after last night’s pair of games involving four top ten ranked teams. Number-3 Oregon suffered its first loss when it fell at number-five once beaten Stanford 26-20. Stanford had to hold on after jumping out to a 26-0 and had the Ducks score 3 touchdowns in the final 10 minutes to make it interesting. And the sixth ranked Baylor Bears improved to 8-and-0 with a 41-12 romp at home over number ten Oklahoma, which slipped to 7-2.
Tomorrow’s schedule includes Michigan with a 3:30 kickoff at home against Nebraska. It’s a bye weekend for Michigan State with the Spartans’ next game a week from tomorrow at Nebraska. Tomorrow at one o’clock, Western Michigan is at Eastern Michigan while Saturday night, it’s Notre Dame at Pittsburgh and number-one Alabama hosts 13th-ranked L-S-U.
