AUBURN HILLS, MI (WTVB) - The Pistons last night earned their first win in three seasons over the Knicks by beating New York 92-86 at the Palace. Greg Monroe tallied 16 points and 11 rebounds for Detroit while Andre Drummond also had a double-double in the victory with 13 points and 11 boards. Rodney Stuckey had a team-high 21 points off the bench for the Pistons.
The Detroit win snapped a 7-game losing streak against the Knicks, who were led last night by Carmelo Anthony’s 25 points and seven rebounds, but he also had seven of the team's 13 turnovers. The Pistons improved to 4-and-6 while New York slipped to 3-and-7.
