WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKZO) -- Campaign cash is flowing in to the two candidates who are looking to replace U.S. Senator Carl Levin next year. Democrat Gary Peters announced he added one-million dollars more to his campaign account between July and September of this year.
Peters is currently a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and serves the 14th District in Michigan. He said his campaign account now stands at around 2.5-million dollars.
Former Michigan Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land is running on the Republican side and recently announced her campaign has raised around two-million dollars so far.
