DETROIT (WKZO) -- U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Stephen Rhodes is holding another hearing on a wide range of issues related to the City of Detroit's Chapter 9 filling.  The judge listened to the attorney for an Ann Arbor architect who had won a two-million dollar judgment from the city.

Michael Beydoun is seeking an end to the "freeze" placed on all lawsuits after the city filed bankruptcy.  His attorney argued the city put itself into bankruptcy to avoid paying their bills.

Beydoun was awarded the settlement after a Detroit Police officer ran a red light and crashed into his vehicle.
