DETROIT (WKZO) -- An insurance business in Detroit is closed after being raided by police last night. Investigators say Insurance with Grace was selling fake insurance certificates.
Thousands of fake documents were sold for between 50 and 100-dollars, according to authorities. The building on Seven Mile Road where the business is located is owned by Greater Grace Temple church but officials said the church had no affiliation with the illegal operation.
Police said the woman running the business made up to 30-thousand dollars a month selling fake insurance certificates.
