ANN ARBOR (WKZO) -- The third suspect in the shooting death of Schoolcraft medical student Paul DeWolf has been bound over to stand trial for murder.
Dajeon Franklin’s alleged co-conspirators claim he is the one who pulled the gun during a bungled burglary at a University of Michigan fraternity house, resulting in DeWolf’s death.
On Friday, the 21-year-old Franklin was ordered to stand trial for felony murder, first degree home invasion and gun counts.
He was the last to be charged.
Shaquille Jones has already pled to second degree murder, and will be called upon to testify against Franklin.
The other suspect, Joei Jordan is still awaiting trial.
