GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA (WKZO) -- Charges have been filed against Victor Alfonso Martinez, who allegedly whisked 14-year-old Hannah Amaro away from Marshall last weekend.
Police say he drove her all the way to Atlanta, Georgia, where he has now been charged with aggravated child molestation and interference with custody.
The 29-year-old suspect apparently convinced the pre-teen to runaway with him over the internet.
Martinez will also likely face charges in Calhoun County, but they have not yet been issued.
The girl was reported missing on Saturday. Investigators scoured her computer to see who she had been talking with, then pinged his cell phone to track him to a motel outside Atlanta.
