HARTFORD TOWNSHIP (WKZO) -- A Waterviliet man is being held in the Van Buren County Jail on a long list of charges after he got drunk and began trashing a home in the 58-thousand block of Springdale Drive near Hartford and hitting anyone who got in his way.
Deputies say the 24-year-old struck his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his children, his current girlfriend, his own sister and her boyfriend.
All suffered facial injuries, bruises and contusions.
Deputies say he forced his way into the place they were staying early Saturday morning and began smashing things.
He is charged with three counts of domestic assault, felony malicious destruction of property, assault and battery and violating the conditions of his parole from an earlier domestic assault count.
He is being held on $50,000 bond and will be formally charged on Tuesday.
