NEW ORLEANS, LA (WTVB) - The 63rd All-Star Game last night was the highest scoring in All-Star history as the East rallied to beat the West 163-155 in New Orleans. Game MVP Kyrie Irving tallied 31 points for the East with a game-best 14 assists while Carmelo Anthony added 30 points in the victory including an NBA All-Star record eight three-pointers. Blake Griffin and Kevin Durant scored 38 points apiece for the West. Regular season play resumes tomorrow night including Detroit hosting the Charlotte Bobcats. No one from the Pistons made the Eastern Conference roster for the All-Star game.
