INDIANAPOLIS, IN (WTVB) -It’s wildcard weekend as the playoffs leading to Super Bowl 48 February Second at MetLife Stadium kickoff with two games today and two more tomorrow. It starts this afternoon at 4:30 with Kansas City at Indianapolis followed tonight by New Orleans at Philadelphia. Then on Sunday, Cincinnati hosts San Diego while Green Bay plays at home against San Francisco.

Meanwhile, the Lions yesterday officially interviewed Ravens offensive coordinator Jim Caldwell as the team gets down to business in its search for a successor to fired head coach Jim Schwartz. The Caldwell resume includes head coach in Indianapolis when the Colts lost in the Super Bowl in 2010 to the Saints as well as having two Super Bowl rings in hand as an assistant coach. Caldwell is the first of many coaching candidates who are expected to be interviewed for the Lions job which will be filled after three finalists meet with the club’s ownership.
