DALLAS, TX (WTVB) - The Pistons couldn’t cool down Dallas last night as the host Mavericks shot 58% from the field in beating Detroit 116-106. The defeat was the Pistons 46th in their last 48 road games against Western Conference teams. Dallas had an 84-81 lead at the end of the third quarter and then scored the first ten points of the final period to send Detroit to its 11th loss in their last 14 games. Brandon Jennings scored 26 points with seven assists for the Pistons, who dropped to 17-and-27, the exact same record Detroit had after 44 games last season. Tomorrow night, the Pistons host the Orlando Magic at the Palace.
