ANN ARBOR, MI (WTVB) - A May 19th trial date has been set for Joey Jordan, one of the suspects in the death of medical student Paul DeWolf of Schoolcraft. Police say he was one of three men who last summer broke into a fraternity house for medical students near the University of Michigan campus in July to rob the place. When DeWolf confronted them, he was shot and killed.
A second man, Shaquille Jones is scheduled for a pretrial hearing next Wednesday. The third suspect in the case has not yet been charged, but is in custody on other charges.
