WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKZO) -- The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee says trying the Benghazi bombing suspect in the U.S. is appropriate.
Republican Mike Rogers of Michigan told CNN's "State of the Union" Ahmed Abu Khatallah is in secure custody at Gitmo. He also said he'd rather see Khatallah give up information instead of being tried.
Khatallah pleaded not guilty to terrorism charges on Saturday. He was caught in Libya two weeks ago.
