FORTALEZA, BRAZIL (WTVB) - Host country Brazil and Germany will meet in a World Cup semifinal next week after advancing on Friday. Brazil defeated Colombia 2-1 but it was a costly victory as Brazil lost one of the best players in the world for the remainder of the tournament.  Neymar fractured the third vertebra in his back after he was injured late in the match.  Germany eliminated France 1-0. Something has to give today when Argentina meets Belgium with a spot in the World Cup semifinals on the line.  Each team brings a flawless record into the matchup, with both needing extra time in the round of 16 to advance.  Argentina knocked out Switzerland, while Belgium defeated the United States, 2-1. The Belgians have not reached the final eight since 1986.  In the other quarterfinal, the Netherlands will square off against underdog Costa Rica.
