KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Mark Totten has received an endorsement in his bid for Michigan Attorney General.
Conservation group the Sierra Club has endorsed Totten, citing their belief that he will work to protect the state's water, air, and overall public health. The group cites Totten's past work to halt illegal logging in Indonesia and to protect rainforests, as well as his time working on environmental policy as a staffer for former U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman.
The Democratic candidate hopes to unseat Republican incumbent Attorney General Bill Schuette this November.
