LANSING (WKZO) -- Just released campaign finance reports show that Democrat Sean McCann has nearly double the cash on hand as Republican opponent Margaret O’Brien.
They are both vying for the 20th State Senate Seat. McCann raised considerably more in the last reporting cycle, and has about 208-thousand on hand.
O’Brien has about 120-thousand in her campaign bank account.
Lorence Wenke, who is running as a Libertarian this fall reports taking in no contributions, but has his personal wealth and name recognition to rely on.
