SAN ANTONIO, TX (WTVB) - The Spurs and Heat had to deal with more than just a basketball game last night in San Antonio. An electrical failure was to blame for the outage of the air conditioning system at the AT&T Center. The temperature inside the arena reached into the 90s. Heat forward LeBron James left the game in the fourth quarter due to cramps.  The Spurs beat Miami 110-95 to take a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.

Game Two is Sunday night in San Antonio.
