COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) - You may have found a grocery bag in your mail box this week. It’s a new wrinkle to a traditional food drive, one of the biggest annually in the area. It’s the Mail Carriers food drive. They are asking that you put some canned and packaged foods into that bag and leave it out for your mail carrier on Saturday. They will come by and pick it up. Canned meats, tuna fish and peanut butter are items that are high in protein and much in demand at food pantries across the region.
