UNDATED (WHTC) -- The USDA is accepting applications from rural small businesses and agricultural producers for funding to make energy efficiency improvements or to install renewable energy systems. The funding is provided through the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP), which has provided funding to help farmers expand renewable energy. Grant requests may not exceed 25% of a project’s cost.
