DETROIT, MI (WTVB) - The Detroit Tigers let one slip away yesterday at Comerica Park as the Twins rallied for a 4-3 victory in the rubber match of a 3-game weekend series. Joba Chamberlain took the loss after allowing 3 runs in the top of the eighth as Minnesota erased a 3-1 Detroit lead. Ian Kinsler homered, while Miguel Cabrera and Austin Jackson also drove in a run each for the Tigers, who have dropped three-of-four since an eight-game winning streak. Detroit left-hander Robbie Ray pitched six scoreless innings in his second big league start.

The Tigers will take a 21-12 record to Baltimore, where tonight they open a 3-game series with the Orioles to begin a 9-game road trip.

The White Sox lost 5-1 to Arizona yesterday in Chicago while the Cubs lost 5-2 to Atlanta as the Braves swept the 3-game series at Wrigley Field.
