LANSING (WKZO) -- The MEAP test may be back in schools across the state. Some legislators in Lansing had wanted to switch to a different standardized test called the Smarter Balanced Assessment. Representative Tim Kelly tells the "Detroit Free Press,"
"We are not convinced that the Smarter Balanced is the best way to go right now as public policy," says Kelly.
Kelly adds some people have expressed concerns about the quality of the sample questions they've seen.
