PLAINWELL (WKZO) — An Arkansas man who sucker-punched two different men in two different counties late last month won’t be charged in Kalamazoo County.
The 63-year-old victim who was belted out of the blue outside of the Meijer on Gull Road, doesn’t want to press charges.
The suspect, who was staying with family in Plainwell, also randomly assaulted a man at an Admiral Gas Station in Allegan County.
That investigation remains open.
He was taken by arresting authorities right to a psychiatric ward when first arrested.
