MUSKEGON COUNTY (WKZO) — Four people have been killed in two very similar crashes in West Michigan Wednesday morning.
State Police say three elderly people died at the scene a two-vehicle crash in Muskegon county’s Egelston Township.
Troopers say a car containing the three victims was going west on Evanston Avenue when it didn’t stop at a stop sign and was struck by a pickup truck going south on South Maple Island Road.
CALHOUN COUNTY (WKZO) — Calhoun County Deputies say a man was killed at around 8 am Wednesday when he ran a stop sign at M-66 and K Drive near east Leroy in his pick-up and it was struck by a semi-which could not avoid the collision. Both vehicles then left the roadway.
No names have been released in either accident, and both remain under investigation.
