CASSOPOLIS (WKZO-AM) — Three suspected vandals who police say trashed computer systems inside Ross Beatty High School in Cassopolis have been captured thanks to a couple of other high tech systems.
Deputies say the trio broke in early Tuesday and damaged IT equipment, a fiber optic line and the school server.
There were also some items missing, but they didn’t take out the surveillance system, which got some good photos.
Within 45-minutes of posting the photos on the internet, Sheriff’s Department detectives had the names of the suspects.
The two juveniles an one adult are said to be cooperating with investigators.
