KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — Kalamazoo County Republican Party Chair Scott McGraw and the rest of the delegates from Kalamazoo have chartered a bus to take them to Cleveland this weekend for the Republican National Convention, which starts on Monday.
Unlike most conventions, McGraw said he still isn’t sure who he will be voting for on the first ballot. He goes pledged to Ohio Governor John Kasich.
McGraw also said they are still writing the rules.
He said Ted Cruz is the only other candidate who won enough states to qualify under party rules and his people are still working for him. McGraw said, if it gets to a second ballot, which he doubts would happen, he would vote for Trump for the sake of party unity.
