THREE RIVERS, MI (WTVB) – Three people have been hospitalized in Kalamazoo after a two-vehicle collision just southwest of Three Rivers late Wednesday afternoon.
Michigan State Police say 85-year-old Lloyd Hagenbuch of Three Rivers failed to come to a complete stop at Krull and Gleason Roads at about 5:15 p.m. and his Chevy Silverado crashed into a Ford Pick-up, which rolled over.
53-year-old Dayton Smith of Three Rivers managed to crawl out of the pickup but his passenger, 44-year old Tara Scott, had to be pried out.
Scott and Hagenbuch were transported to Bronson Methodist. Smith was stabilized at Three Rivers Hospital and then Airlifted to Borgess Medical Center.
Their conditions were not released. The accident remains under investigation.
