THREE RIVERS, MI (WTVB) – A two vehicle accident Friday afternoon near Three Rivers in St. Joseph County involving a semitrailer hauling livestock caused a real mess on U.S. 131 at M-60 in Fabius Township.
The two drivers were not injured.
According to the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department, a car drove in front of the semi causing it to drive into a median as it was heading south on U.S. 131.
A press release stated that most of the animals inside were successfully extracted from the vehicle and taken to their final destination, according to a press release.
