QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – A man who is accused of getting into a Tuesday afternoon fight with Quincy Police Chief Scott Olney is being held in the Branch County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
24-year-old Kevin James Nall was arraigned on Wednesday in Branch County District Court on charges of Resisting and Obstructing a Police Officer causing injury, Disarming a Police Officer non-firearm and for Domestic Violence.
Branch County Jail records also indicate there is a hold for Nall out of the State of Florida.
Olney suffered facial injuries during the confrontation which took place on West Jefferson Street in Quincy at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday after Olney had responded to a reported domestic complaint.
