BATTLE CREEK (WKZO AM/FM) — A bandit walked into a restaurant in the 100 block of Vale Street in Battle Creek and ordered workers at gunpoint to fork over all their cash shortly before 9:00 last night.
The short stocky white male walked in with a bandanna covering his face and a chrome gun in his hand. Once he had the cash, he fled northbound on Vale Street and disappeared into the Post Edition.
Battle Creek Detectives are asking for any pertinent information from the public that helps them catch the thief.
