PENNFIELD TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) Charges could be brought this week against a driver who caused a three vehicle crash that injured eight this weekend.
Everyone injured in the wreck in Pennfield Township Saturday afternoon should survive. Three of the victims were children.
Calhoun County Deputies say that the driver of a sedan failed to yield at East Avenue and Morgan Road just after 3 pm and struck a pick-up with just a male driver on-board.
The impact sent that pick-up spinning into a second pickup that was carrying three adults and three children and the family dog.
The driver of that second pick-up had to be cut out of the wreckage and suffered the most serious injuries. Their dog ran away.
