LOS ANGELES (WKZO AM/FM) — Verne Troyer, one of the shortest men in the world, who was born in Sturgis and grew up in Centreville has died. He used his special gifts and his talents to appear in over 50 movies.
The role he was best known for was as Mini-Me, Dr. Evil’s diminutive doppelganger and side-kick in the Austin Powers movies.
