HILLSDALE, MI (WTVB) – Vice President Mike Pence will deliver the commencement address at Hillsdale College Saturday.
The ceremony in the Margot V. Biermann Athletic Center will start at 2:00 p.m..
Only those invited to the ceremony will be allowed inside but Pence’s speech will be live streamed on the college’s web site which is www.hillsdale.edu.
Pence previously spoke at Hillsdale College in September 2010 on “The Presidency and the Constitution” while serving as an Indiana congressman.
Pence should get a positive reception at Hillsdale College since the school does not accept any federal funds and is considered a conservative school.
Last year when he delivered the commencement at Notre Dame University, nearly 200 people out of an estimated crowd of 24,000 walked out on him over his views and policies on race, sexual orientation and religion.
