WYOMING (WKZO) — Kent County Animal Control is trying to find out who abandoned two puppies found near death in sub-zero weather this month in the city of Wyoming.
Officials say the two dogs have fully recovered over the past week, and are in the process of being adopted. Neighbors in the area where the dogs were found on January 13th had never seen them before and didn’t know where they might have come from.
The puppies were located in the front yard of a home near Division Avenue and 44th Street.
