PAW PAW (WKZO) — A Paw Paw man who allegedly used a popular messaging app to send explicit photos of children will face federal charges.
24-year-old Joshua Harrison will be transferred from the Van Buren County Jail to a federal holding facility in Grand Rapids to be closer to the Federal Court.
Harrison was caught by routine Homeland Security screens which look for illegal child pornography.
Investigators say they are trying to identify the children to see how many may have been photographed locally.
They allege at least two local 5-year-olds were videotaped by Harrison.
